I. GENERAL

II. PAYMENT

 

Payment for commission must be made up front in full before work will be started. Payment will be done via PayPal in USD.

 

III. PROCESS

 

After payment has been sent, and sketch completed. It will be shown. During this time, one edit to the sketch is allowed. Any subsequent edits are $5.

 

Usual time-frame is 3-7 days for completion, but it may take longer due to work or circumstances. commissioner will be notified in the case of the latter.

 

IV. COMPLETION

 

Once the commission is finished, only small changes can be made, such as coloring or detail mistakes. Please be sure of adjustments.

 

V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE

 

All art made is copyright to TFOTR. Due to this, the copyrighted work can and may be used as artist promotion, and is allowed to be posted on multiple sites such as Deviantart, Tumblr, etc.

 

Commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only unless stated.

 

If copyright is broken, personal rights will be redacted.

 

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

 

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures.

Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

 

Purchase of commercial rights to the artwork is 200% of original price.

 

With commercial rights, commissioner is allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the art, such as books, pillows, etc. Credit is still needed for the usage of the artwork.

 

VI. CANCELLATION POLICY

 

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for a your commission at any time. You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.

 

If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

 

If you file a chargeback against me, all rights to past artwork received from me will be redacted, and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new commissioners.

You will be forbidden to ever commission from myself again. I also hold every right to file a complaint and have all rights to the money given to me.

 

Any statement written here is subject to change if discussed with the artist, prior to the commission.
